TONYMOLY Panda’s Dream White Magic Cream Review on Sensitive Skin

If you don’t know by now, I’m a massive sucker when it comes to skincare. Moisturiser is one of those products that I am most keen to try out. I have incorporating more K-Beauty product into my skincare regime, hence I’ve been purchasing more skincare products directly from Korea. I’ve recently received a sample of TonyMoly Panda’s Dream White Magic Cream. So I decided to test it out on my sensitive skin.

Here’s my review on TONYMOLY Panda’s Dream White Magic Cream:

💦Packaging: 3/5It’s cute. I must say Korean skincare has redefined the meaning skintertainment over and over again. So if you’re into cutesy products, you will be sure to absolutely love the packaging. I however don’t love the fact that it is a tub packaging. I personally just do not enjoy dipping my fingers into creams repeatedly. I think it should come with an applicator.

💦Texture/ Ingredients: 3/5It feels pasty. Upon application, it feels as if there’s a burst of moisture. I can’t quite explain it. I’m actually surprised that it contains peptides in it as it is relatively quite cheap at $16 for 50g. What I do not love is that it contains fragrance.

Here’s the full ingredients list:

💦Efficacy: 2/5 –  It has a whitening effect. It also does contain ingredients that are good for dry skin, however I felt that the whitening effect actually highlights my wrinkles and pores (1st pic below). For some reason it also leaves my skin looking ashy. However, if looking “fairer” is your main focus then this would be the product for you. As you can see (2nd pic) the back of my hand is much fairer than my arm as I have only applied the cream in that area.

The lines on my fingers have become more apparent upon cream application.

The back on my hand up until my wrist looks considerably fairer than my arm upon cream application.

💦Price: 4/5At £10.50 for 50g this product is a bargain. Due to its pasty viscosity (texture), a little does go a long way.

💦Mode d’emploi: Used as a moisturiser, after cleanser, toner and serum.

💦Repurchase: I think this product is not for me.

💦Overall Rating: 3/ 5 ⭐ I think this product is perfect for teens and those in their early 20s. For the rest of us with actually skin concerns that needs tackling, this cream is probably not for you.
